A. Definition of aluminum foil shield  wire

Aluminum foil shield  wire, in fact, the dictionary does not have this term, according to the word interpretation should be understood as aluminum wire. In the definition of electronic connection wire: the electronic connection wire wrapped with aluminum. B. Taping materials

C. Tape wrapping machine

D、Wrapping mode

Wrapping way is divided into vertical and horizontal wrapping, and horizontal wrapping is divided into two ways: roll wrapping and slant wrapping, as shown in the following figure.

Longitudinal wrap used in flat wire and core wire does not require total stranding occasions, does not require softness; diagonal wrap fast; roll wrap good softness. Selecting the bandwidth: W=3D for coiling, W=4~5D for slant wrapping, and you can refer to the width of the wrapping material purchased by the company (w is the bandwidth, D is the outer diameter of the wire before wrapping, also called the lower diameter of the wrapping).
